1929 1r black & pale blue overprinted SARKARI in vermillion with manuscript "cancelled" with initials of the postmaster in black ink. One sheet of each stamp was so inscribed by the postmaster and kept in the State treasury. With toned gum as always found due to the fact that these were in the State treasury until the 1970's.
